Voting for the most beautiful girls with Croatian roots in traditional attire opens

On Thursday, June 22nd, precisely at 12 o’clock, voting for the traditional clothing fashion show and most beautiful Croatian woman in traditional national costume outside the Republic of Croatia, started.

There is nothing more beautiful than a girl proudly wearing Croatian traditional attire. Croatian women from all around the world have applied for the 10th traditional clothing fashion show and most beautiful Croatian woman in traditional national costume outside Croatia.

Their shared love for Croatian traditional culture brings them all together. The goal of this program is to promote Croatian heritage and support Croats in Bosnia and Herzegovina in preserving their Croatian identity, emphasised the organisers. 

The 10th traditional clothing fashion show and most beautiful Croatian woman in traditional national costume outside Croatia, which will take place from July 10th to 15th in Tomislavgrad, is organised by the Association for the Preservation and Promotion of Traditional Culture “Stećak” and the Croatian Heritage Foundation.

This program has been held for the tenth consecutive year and has generated great interest both outside the homeland and in neighbouring Bosnia and Herzegovina. 

The girls traditionally gather in Zagreb, in front of the Croatian Heritage Foundation, and then proceed to Tomislavgrad. In addition to the review, a special program is organized for them, including visits to historical Croatian locations and professional photography, in order to authentically capture everything.

Therefore, this year’s schedule includes the following: on Wednesday, July 12th, at 9 p.m., the traditional clothing fashion show will take place in front of the City Administration building in Biograd na Moru, and on Thursday, July 13th, a visit to the Klis Fortress and a joint photoshoot with hosts from the Split-Dalmatia County and the Municipality of Klis are organized. 

The final evening will be held on July 14th, 2023, at 8 p.m., at the Ganga and Hajduk Companions Mijat Tomić Square in Tomislavgrad.
