Just like in 2018, a big welcome back party for the Croatian football will take place on Zagreb’s Ban Jelačić Square.
Croatia will play for bronze on Saturday against either France or Morocco and will arrive back to the Croatian capital on Sunday.
“The Croatian national team will arrive back in the homeland on Sunday and are expected to land in Zagreb at 17:10,” HNS said today.

Grad Zagreb confirmed also today that a welcome party will be prepared for the team on Sunday on Ban Jelačić Square.
According to Jutarnji list, performers on Sunday will include Prljavo kazalište, Jura Stublić i Film, Indira Levak and Jole.
The association “Mi Hrvati” will also be involved in the organisation of the welcome party.
More than 500,000 people took to the streets to welcome Croatia back from the 2018 World Cup in Russia when they finished runners-up, and whilst the same number of people will not gather, a massive turnout is still expected.
Croatia has now reached the semi-finals in three World Cups from the six they have taken part in since their debut in 1998.
