Winter All Over in Croatia, Say Forecasters

If worldwide weather forecasting site AccuWeather are to believed, then winter has ended rather prematurely in Croatia this year…
With only one day of snow fall in January for the majority of the country, 2014 will be remembered for the winter that never came in continental parts of the country. January also saw record warm temperatures over Croatia, with Zagreb measuring the warmest 7th of January since records began.
AccuWeather.com have released forecasts for the rest of February and locals can expect temperatures in double-figures all over the country for the rest of the month. Temperatures will get warmer as we head into March also, meaning that Croatia’s short-lived winter does not look like returning. You can check forecasts for each region here
