Wu-Tang Clan to headline Croatia’s Sea Star Festival

5 April 2019 – One of the biggest hip-hop groups of all time, Wu-Tang Clan have confirmed their arrival at Croatia’s Sea Star Festival this year.  

After performances in New York, London, Berlin, Paris and other cities around the world, Wu-Tang Clan will perform at this year’s Sea Star Festival which will be held from 24-25 May in the Stella Maris lagoon.  

Among the European Festival Awards nominees, Sea Star Festival will see its third take place this year. 

Fans from all over Europe who did not get an opportunity to see them on their “Gods of Rap” tour are expected in Istria in May. The tour celebrates the 25th anniversary of the release of one of the most influential rap albums “Enter the Wu-Tang (36 Chambers)” 

Negotiations to get Wu-Tang Clan to perform in Croatia lasted 7 months with one of the main reasons being they were insisting Sea Star organisers tailored ticket prices to the local and regional audiences and to remain cheaper than at other venues on their tour. 

From New York, Wu-Tang Clan have sold more than 40 million albums and were named the best rap group of all time by Rolling Stone magazine. 

Tickets for Sea Star with a 50% discount are currently 229 kuna for both days of the festival. With big interest in the festival the discount offer will last only until 15 April.
