Young Australian couple fall in love with Croatia

A young Australian couple from Sydney, Daniel Natividad and Rachel Gibson, embarked on their first trip to Croatia this summer, and it left a lasting impression.
Rachel, whose father is the brother of famous actor Mel Gibson, along with her partner Daniel, explored the country over the summer and shared five reasons why they consider it one of the top holiday destinations in Europe.

They both had high praise for Croatia, especially the stunning islands, the great food and how safe they found it.
“I felt so safe everywhere I have gone. Everyone speaks English also. The people are so warm and welcoming,” Rachael said.

“Oh my God the food. Where can you get pizza better than Italy, better fresh seafood pastas, scallop pasta, fresh seafood…it’s been amazing the food,” Dan added.

The couple visited a number of places, including Dubrovnik the island of Hvar and Zagreb.
