Zagreb Juggler Juggles for his Supper

With the global recession still dragging on around the world, people are having to work harder for that dollar. It is no different for the traffic light poachers. In the good old days all it used to take was a knock on the car window with the hand out whilst the light was red for these operators to collect the odd coin here and there. Next came the window washers, those who wanted to give the commuter something in return for their donation. Now, spotted in downtown Zagreb yesterday, the creativity has been stepped up a notch with the arrival of the juggler – who does a small act whilst commuters wait for the light to turn green – before collecting his ‘pay’.
