As the festive spirit takes over the Croatian capital Zagreb, one of the country’s top young pastry chefs has created some new irresistible Christmas delights.
Robert Hromalić, the owner of Zagreb’s leading pastry shop Le Kolač and whose desserts have already become famous in the city, has created a special offering of cookies, cakes, and delicious drinks for this holiday season.
Crispy cookies in two variations, with divine flavours of pistacchio, vanilla, chocolate, and hazelnut, or with the addition of caramel, in attractive packaging, will surely delight the palates of your loved ones.
Hromalić’s skillful hands have also conceived a quadruple magic: Christmas cake, marble cake, gingerbread cake, and another with the flavour of lemon and lime.
Alongside sweet bites, the combination includes hot drinks, such as hot chocolate with Malibu or herbal liqueur, while the third option is dark hot chocolate with Monkey Shoulder whiskey.
Cinnamon and pumpkin are very popular winter ingredients, so they have found their place in combinations like caffe latte with cinnamon and one with pumpkin spice.
You can order the mentioned sweets by email at [email protected] or try them at the Le Kolač pastry shop at Branimirova 41 (Park kneževa). For more information, check: https://www.instagram.com/le_kolac/.
